Toddler – Maths: Introducing numbers
As the introduction to numbers, toddler students pretended to help someone who got hurt by pasting the plasters on a boy’s outline with wounds. This activity was aimed to introduce numbers 0 and 1 as well as build their empathy by being careful and helpful to others.
Through this activity, they also built their cognitive aspect by matching the plaster with the number to the correct wound. Students’ enthusiasm was shown through this activity. ***
