Toddler – Entry Point: The Brilliant Bug Ball
Welcoming the new theme of “The Brilliant Bug Ball” for toddler level, students were invited to join the “Minibeasts Exhibition”.
In this Entry Point activity, toddler students were introduced with some minibeasts around them such as snails, crickets, worms, and caterpillar. Through this opportunity, children learnt how to adapt and to take care the other living things. They also observed the minibeast movement and habitat.
By participating to this Entry Point activity, students can learn more about other living things that can be found around them and how to handle them gently. To continue with, students were introduced to vocabularies and confirmed their understanding by making minibeast habitat.
This can teach students to respect other creatures and adapt with new things they found. Further, they will learn to help to preserve the environment for themselves and others.
