Toddler – BMC 2025 Generalization Stage: Reflecting on Learning and Celebrating Growth
Concluding the structured learning journey of the BMC 2025 Project, the Generalization Stage provided toddler students with an opportunity to articulate their insights and celebrate their learning growth. Students proudly presented their completed backpack and lunch box models, naming the colors, contents, and reasons behind their choices as contributions for friends at PA Gunungan. This experience reinforced confidence and expressive communication in a meaningful, supportive environment.
Teachers then guided students through a reflective conversation using questions such as “Were you happy to help your friends at Panti Asuhan?” and “Were you able to sort the items correctly?” These prompts encouraged students to revisit their learning journey, recognize the purpose behind their actions, and appreciate the progress they had made.
This final stage served not only as a time for evaluation but also as a meaningful moment to celebrate empathy and the joy of giving. Through these learning experiences, toddler students discovered that even small acts of kindness can create a significant positive impact. Their creative models became more than just classroom projects, they represented understanding and the blossoming of compassionate character.
