Toddler Beijing : Entry Point “My Toy Shop”
At the beginning of the new theme, “My Toy Shop,” Toddler Beijing students had an entry point activity to see their prior knowledge and capture their curiosity about toys. Students were allowed to explore toys in the toy shop set by the toy maker in the classroom. They were also asked to bring their favorite toys to school and tell their friends about their favorite toys. They were willing to know about the color of the toys, how to play with them, who bought them for them, etc. This activity is beneficial for students to develop their communication skills and confidence. ***
