I have been teaching at FIS since 2017. I used to teach Bahasa Indonesia-based lessons such as PPKn, IPS, and Bahasa Indonesia for three academic years. In my fourth year, I was appointed to teach English when the pandemic forced schools to close their doors. FIS is really one of a kind. Positivity is always spread when I step into the building. Everyone greets and smiles when meeting each other. Possessing positive vibes will always make our day! It also applies to our students. They are also cultivated within them by saying hello to everyone they meet and respecting others.

Teaching English has become a turning point for me since then. It was one of my favorite subjects when I went to school. Since it is my favorite, I enjoy creating learning activities for the students. English games are always my all-time favorite. We teachers cannot force students to write theories and listen to us all the time – that’s why linking English games to the materials are always super fun. They can take two benefits at once: learn English meaningfully and have fun with it. It all pays off when they learn English with happy faces. ***
