In FIS everybody is a learner.
On Friday, 10 May 2024 STeam had a GLD Session with Ms. Lidwina Putri. Through the GLD, FIS Steam learnt and discussed on what needs and what can be done for them to progress and develop professionally. Be Kind, Be Brave and Be Curious are the qualities that every FIS team member need to have in order to develop and to perform optimally.
Several cases of working performance were being discussed and reflected through each and everyone’s performance. Reflection enables STeam to clearly view one’s achievement as well as one’s opportunity to grow better and better in order to provide for the best quality education services. ***
