Primary 4 – Science: Electric Circuits
Primary 4 students made some comparisons towards the electric circuit arrangements. The topic for that day was how electric components can affect the electrical circuit. First, students arranged the electrical circuit with only batteries, wires, and one bulb. The bulb lighted up bright. But something happened if the students arranged the circuit with batteries, wires, and two bulbs. Students observed that the bulbs got dimmer because the electric circuit flowed lower through the whole circuit.
They concluded that adding more bulbs in a simple electrical circuit affects the flow of electric current, causing the bulb to dimmer. ***
