Primary 3 – Maths: Symmetry And Reflections Of The Shapes
P3 students learned about symmetry and reflections of shapes. They learned the concept of symmetry by folding a piece of paper to show the symmetrical lines formed. The formed line showed parts that have similar shapes and sizes. They also learned and practiced reflection using a square grid to draw reflection shapes. They determined reflection points, connected them into lines, and formed reflection shapes. They learned to define the edges of each shape and looked for reflection points which then became lines and formed reflection shapes. They felt delighted because Maths could be enjoyable and easier to understand. ***
