Primary 2 – Science: Electricity

Primary-2 students had an experiment about electricity. The experiment aims to recognize parts of a simple circuit. Firstly, the teacher showed a flashlight to the students and then asked about the parts of the flashlight. Then, the teacher explained that a flashlight has a battery and a bulb. The teacher showed the battery and the bulb to the students individually so they could observe clearly.

Afterward, the teacher arranged simple circuits and asked the students to observe which circuits would make the bulb light. The teacher showed the simple circuits group by group so they could observe closer and more clearer. In the end, they should do an exercise based on the experiment. The students were excited about it, especially when the bulb in a simple circuit lit up brightly. ***
