Primary 2: Project Performance
Our performance was awesome! L-Fest ran perfectly awesome over the past two weeks in Focus Independent School. L-Fest itself is a learning festival for primary students where they can celebrate their learning process this semester. The festival consisted of various activities, such as Boundless Mathematics, Little Lights Charity and many other student performances.
In June 11th, P2 students had a lot of fun in joining and watching the project performances. The students celebrated their learning by performing in front of their peers. Some students prepared a modern dance that incorporated traditional movements. Others also did a fashion show, wearing their favourite Batik or other traditional clothes. In the next session, the students sang the legendary keroncong song, “Bengawan Solo,” composed by Eyang Gesang. One student played drums along with the song. All the students were happy and enjoyed the entire performance. ***
