Primary 2 – Learning Project: Ask Tons of Questions

During LAUNCH, Primary 2 students took part in an exciting activity called Ask tons of questions. With curiosity, they interviewed Primary 4 students to find out more about game preferences. Before the interviews, P2 students worked in groups to write their own questions. They focused on questions that would help them learn what kinds of games P4 students enjoy most

Next day, P2 students starts to interview P4 students based on the questions they have created before. They listened carefully to their answers, and took notes to record the information. Through this, they practiced communication, listening, and data collection skills.

After collecting the answers, each group worked together to analyse their answer. They noticed pattern based on the answers. Some P4 students liked video games, others preferred outdoor games or puzzles. P2 students began identifying and discussing the data. With this information, P2 students can prepare themselves for the next phase. They’ll use their research to create something fun and meaningful for others.

This activity is more than just fun. It helps students build valuable skills for the future. They learn how to ask questions, gather information, think critically, work in teams, and communicate clearly. These are the same skills they will use in future school projects, careers, and even everyday problem-solving. ***
