Primary 2 – English : Explanation text
In the English lesson, Primary-2 students learned about explanation text. They learned through a text which explains about astronauts. First, the students were shown some pictures related to astronauts and space. This stimulated their interest in the topic discussed and got them engaged throughout the activities. As the main point, students were given knowledge about the features of the explanation text and discussed some vocabulary in the text to understand it better. Students were very excited about this topic and could not wait to learn more about it. ***
