Primary 2 – Book Reference Time: P2 Joyful Journey through Book Reference Time
This week, students celebrated their reading progress by having their Book Reference Time. From mid-October to the beginning of November, students were encouraged to read. They were guided to create a story journal based on their books to enhance their comprehension. The students also watched a short storytelling performed by the teacher to stimulate their reading interest.
Additionally, they created headbands representing one of the characters from their books. During Book Reference Time, students looked enthusiastic presenting their books to the reading coach. They tried to explain the content using their own language. After finishing their presentations, they felt happy and relieved. Some even asked about the next Book Reference Time. It was a wonderful and exciting experience. ***
