Primary 1 – Outing Class: Goes to Solo Safari
For this outing to Solo Safari, P1 students have prepared themselves with the knowledge of the characteristics of animals and animals’ movements which are influenced by where they live and different body parts. In Maths, students have learned about basic calculations such as addition and how to record information. After getting all the knowledge, students confirmed and verified what they had learned in real-life settings when visiting the zoo.
They listened to the zookeepers and looked at the information boards as part of finding and recording the information. In this activity, students could practice using verbal and written communication appropriate to the situation, purpose, and audience. They followed this outing class happily. ***
