Primary 1 – Character Building: Make Friends by Accepting Differences

Primary 1 students have known that respect deals with the way to interact with others properly and politely. They could do it by saying sorry-thank please as three magical words and listen to others when they are speaking. They experienced those when interviewing their friends related to their favorite things in life. By doing so, they realized that by listening to others, we can show our respect for them. Further, from the information they have got, they would be able to respond and react accordingly.

At this moment, the students were having a game of looking toward their buddies and finding the random cards given. After they found their buddy, they had a moment of discussion with their partners. They discussed their full name and the way to make friends with others and so on.

At the end, they presented their findings in front of the class and responded to some questions given by the other students about the topic discussed. Students could cooperate to see what they learn and achieve their goals. They did all the activities enthusiastically. Glad to see them learning. Here are some candid moments from them. ***
