Primary 1 – Character Building: Can I Follow The Rules?
Primary 1 students have just started their regular learning session last week. They also had experience in following some of the school routines like finishing the learning journal in the morning, submitting their vocab list, taking off their shoes, putting their lunch bag tidily, and many more.
They also adapted well in following their class rules as it’s stated in their lovely classroom. The students learned that it’s important to build their awareness of following rules properly in the school area. They could consider the consequences if they happened to break the rules.
To track progress and record, students made a reward chart in that they could tick on their checklist every day related to how well they follow their class rules. They had so much fun doing this and it is such a meaningful activity for them. They can reflect and evaluate themselves when dealing with following the rules and routines in their daily school activity. ***
