Nursery Preparation Class : Sorting Primary Colors
Nursery Preparation Class had an activity about colors. They were introduced to primary colors: red, blue, and yellow. Once they could distinguish those three colors well, they were challenged to sort the bottle caps, buttons, and colored papers, then insert them into the holes of the box. After that, they were asked to sort crumpled wax papers on the balloon’s outline based on each color. This activity developed their cognitive skills in recognizing the colors and their fine motor skills for pinching, releasing the objects, and crumpling papers. ***
