Nursery – Maths: Counting our body parts
Nursery students took an exciting journey inside the human body to discover what makes us stand tall and move around!
The young learners explored how bones support our arms, legs, hands, and feet. Looking into mirrors, they investigated facial features—pointing out their eyes, nose, ears, and mouth—while blending science with early math by counting their body parts out loud (“Two eyes, one nose!”).
By connecting sensory reflection with early counting, Nursery boosted their body awareness, observation skills, and self-care confidence!
