Nursery – Learning Project: Launch “Tasty Birthday Cake”
As the closing activity of the learning project “Tasty Birthday Cake,” Nursery students participated in a Launch Day, where they proudly showcased and presented their birthday cake creations to S-Team members and teachers. This special event provided an opportunity for the students to share the results of their learning project with a wider audience During the presentation, the students confidently shared simple information about their projects, including how they made their birthday cakes, the shape and colors they chose, and the number of candles they placed on the cake. This activity encouraged the children to express their ideas and talk about their work in front of an audience.
This presentation activity helped develop the students’ communication and speaking skills, as well as their confidence in sharing their thoughts with others. It also supported language development, creativity, and early mathematical understanding through discussing shapes, colors, and numbers. Additionally, the experience fostered a sense of pride in their work and encouraged positive social interactions with teachers and other adults in the school community.
