Nursery: Gross Motor Activity

Nursery students joined the gross motor activity with lots of excitement. They were happy and ready to move as they started with simple warm-up movements to prepare their bodies. After warming up, the students enjoyed doing a short group exercise together, moving their arms, legs, and bodies while following the teacher. Next, the students had fun exploring a movement course. They crawled, jumped over small obstacles, and carefully walked across a balance board. Each student joined in at their own pace, with the teacher giving gentle support when needed.

Through this activity, the students developed important gross motor skills such as strength, balance, and coordination. Moving in different ways helped them become more aware of their bodies and how they move in space. Taking part in the course also encouraged confidence, independence, and perseverance as the children tried new movements.
