Nursery: Fruit Shop Role Play
Nursery students started to explore different kinds of foods and those that are important for the body. The students also learned that we need food to grow, to be active, to have lots of energy, and to stay healthy. They were introduced to some real fruits like orange, mango, banana, and pineapple, then had an opportunity to explore the smell as well as the texture of those fruits. Furthermore, the students did a roleplay as sellers and buyers at a fruit shop. By doing this roleplay they were also encouraged to mention the names of the fruits that they wanted to buy. ***
