Nursery – Exit Point Rolling Bug Party: Fruity Juicy “Minibeasts”

To celebrate their learning journey through The Brilliant Bug Ball theme, Nursery students held a joyful Rolling Bug Party by creating minibeasts using fresh fruits! Working together, the children practiced cutting fruit independently, then arranged the pieces into creative minibeast designs—such as butterflies, caterpillars, ladybirds, and more. This activity supported the development of their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, as well as encouraging creativity and teamwork.

Moreover, the activity served as a delightful fruit-eating campaign. The students were excited to eat the “minibeasts” they had made, showing that healthy eating can be fun and rewarding. We also hope this activity raises students’ awareness of the importance of consuming fruits for a healthy body and encourages families to continue providing nutritious food, especially fruits, as part of the children’s meals at school and at home. ***
