Nursery – Arts: Juicy Watermelon
Students took a colorful bite into their healthy food unit by exploring fruits through a hands-on watermelon craft! They picked their own paint colors, brushed on the vibrant body, pasted green paper for the outer skin, and sprinkled tiny black paper seeds to bring their artwork to life. This engaging activity not only reinforced the importance of healthy eating, but also boosted fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creative decision-making to build confident, independent learners.
