Nursery – Arts: Crumpling and Stamping
Our Nursery artists branched out into the wonderful world of nature with an interactive, colorful tree craft session!
Following a fun discussion about different types of trees, young creators got hands-on with paper, paint, and straws. Students crumpled paper to build textured grass at the base and used straws as stamps to print vibrant, leafy canopies. Given full freedom to pick their favorite tree styles and paint colors, every child produced a uniquely imaginative masterpiece!
By crumpling, stamping, and choosing their own palette, Nursery strengthened fine motor control and hand-eye coordination while exercising independence, decision-making, and creative confidence!
