Exploring Our World: EY2 Takes Learning Outdoors!
Our Early Years 2 discoverers stepped outside the classroom to launch their new IEYC theme, “The World Around Us,” with an exciting neighborhood walk through Aspol!
Using all five senses, young learners observed lush trees, smelled fresh flowers, listened to chirping birds, and felt the warm sunshine while discovering local spots like a mosque, a shop, and a volleyball court. Taking their exploration a step further, EY2 turned into environmental helpers by spotting waste bins and a plastic waste bank, teaming up to collect and sort litter!
By connecting sensory exploration with hands-on eco-action, EY2 learned that caring for our planet begins with noticing, understanding, and taking action!
