Early Years Program – Reading Program: BRT
EY1 and EY2 students had a wonderful time during Book Reference Time (BRT)! For the EY1 students, it was their very first experience reading aloud to the reading coach, and their excitement was palpable as they eagerly shared their stories. Meanwhile, the EY2 students, though more familiar with the activity, brought the same level of enthusiasm, eagerly discussing their favorite books and showcasing their growing confidence as readers.
This BRT session was not only a joyful experience but also an invaluable one for nurturing a lifelong love of reading. It helped the students improve their comprehension and language skills while fostering their ability to express themselves and engage with stories. The atmosphere was filled with curiosity and joy, as each student took pride in sharing their reading journey. Overall, the event successfully blended learning with fun, encouraging the children to continue exploring the world of books with excitement and confidence! ***
