Early Year 2 – Science: Tubes of Emotion Experiment
Recognizing various emotions is a very important knowledge for children so that they can recognize their emotions and properly express them. In Science lessons, EY2 students were introduced to various emotions such as happy, sad, angry, scared, worried, shy, etc. The children carried out a simple experiment, namely the tubes of emotion, to describe the colors that people usually use to represent their feelings.
They looked very enthusiastic in this experiment by mixing baking soda, food coloring, and vinegar. The students were also involved in an exciting discussion to talk about various events that can bring up different emotions in their daily lives. ***
