Early Year 2 – Science: Making A Rain Cloud
Science learning trains children’s ability to recognize various symptoms of objects and symptoms of events. EY2 students were learning about the water cycle. They were introduced to how rain occurs. To help them understand more about how rain occurs, the teacher invited them to carry out experiments using saving foam, water, and food color.
The children were enthusiastic when observing how the water droplets, symbolized by food color, slowly descended through the foam as an image of water droplets falling to the ground as rain due to the force of gravity. This experiment succeeded in giving students a more realistic picture of how rain falls on the Earth. ***
