
Early Year 2 – Science: Exploration of tastes
The EY2 students had a fun learning experience by being directly involved in tasting various flavors such as salty, sweet, bitter, and sour. They were enthusiastic about tasting cheese, biscuits, coffee, and even very sour lemons. This direct experience connected their memories with their previous experiences about taste. This activity also developed their sense of taste. They were able to name other types of food that had similar tastes. ***
