Early Year 2 – Exit Point: Meet the Doctor
The EY2 students took part in an exit point activity called “Meet the Doctor” as a summary of the Healthy Habits theme they had been learning about this month. The children looked very enthusiastic about participating in this activity and actively interacted with Dr Cindy Lestyani Loekito, M.Gz, who was invited as a guest speaker.
The children had the opportunity to confirm what they had learned in class with the doctor. Their curiosity about health was stimulated when they had the opportunity to ask Dr Cindy questions. Through this activity, it is hoped that the children will not be afraid if they need to see a doctor one day.
It also gives them the confidence to take care of their health by keeping a clean and healthy lifestyle. They also made a storyboard about Meet the Doctor to share with their parents at home. ***
