Early Year 1 – Maths: Dinosaur Guessing Game
During a Math lesson in the ongoing theme ” Dinosaur Detective”, EY1 students are encouraged to guess the type of dinosaur fossil that’s being shown to them. The teacher acts as a paleontologist and gently brushes the fossil while asking the students to observe the shapes of the fossil. This activity helps the students learn to recognize and identify the two-dimensional shapes of the dinosaur’s body parts. By doing so, they can make an accurate guess about the type of fossil they’re observing. ***
