Early Year 1 – Learning Project: My Twig Raft Day 1-3
EY1 students are currently working on the “My Twig Raft” project. In the first meeting, students were given knowledge about where the water of the river comes from as well as where it ends up. They also found out that some vehicles can pass through it because they are driven by the water flow.
On days 2 and 3, students were assigned to make some plans about the design of the raft and river they wanted to create using natural materials. They were so excited to follow each of the steps in making the river as well as its decoration through drawing, coloring, cutting, painting, etc. They look forward to making their twig raft the next day. ***
