Baby Class – Fine Motor: Baby’s carwash
Babies in the baby class participated in a hands-on activity centered around the theme of transportation. With colorful toy cars, sponges, and tubs of soapy water, the little ones engaged in a delightful car-washing experience under the guidance of their teachers and caregivers.
This activity provided the babies with valuable opportunities to enhance their sensory and motor development. As they dipped sponges in water, squeezed them, and scrubbed the toy vehicles, they practiced hand-eye coordination, developed fine motor skills, and explored different textures.
This experience supports future learning by fostering independence and encouraging curiosity. Early exposure to themed, real-world play builds foundational understanding of concepts like cleanliness, care for objects, and community roles—important stepping stones for later cognitive and emotional development. ***
