Baby Clas – Motoric: Scoop the Floating Eggs
As a part of motoric skill development, the babies had an activity to transfer the floating plastic eggs at the playground. To develop their manual skill, they were assisted in scooping the eggs using the rice ladle. Furthermore, this activity benefited them in enhancing eye-hand coordination and focus as they had to keep the eggs steady on the ladle, and then drop them into the bucket. The babies looked more excited when they had to transfer the eggs by walking barefoot on the grass which was good for their gross motor skills. ***
