Secondary Music Club Meeting-2: Band Practice Begins!
Today’s Music Club session was full of excitement and energy as students continued their journey in the world of band performance. During Meeting 2, members officially gathered in their band groups and began their first focused practice sessions.After Class chose “The Lazy Song” by Bruno Mars, a fun and laid-back track that helped them explore rhythm, timing, and vocal expression.Out Loud decided to practice “Seandainya” by Vierra, a well-known Indonesian pop song that challenged them to work on harmonies and emotional delivery.
Throughout the session, the students practiced collaboration and teamwork as they organised instrument roles, rehearsed lyrics and coordinated musical arrangements. The room was filled with laughter, melody and positive energy as everyone worked hard while still enjoying the creative process.
This session marked an exciting step toward future performances and both bands showed great progress. We look forward to seeing how their skills continue to grow in the next meetings. ***
