Secondary Level: Students Escort New Generation Interview
Our school recently held an important recruitment session to find the next generation of Student Escorts. This process is a vital part of building a strong leadership team for the secondary level. Candidates from various classes stepped forward, eager to show their commitment to representing our school community.
The interview sessions were led by three of our experienced Senior Escorts from Secondary 3: Zizi, Rizka, and Jeanette. They took their roles very seriously, coming prepared with a specific set of questions and clear expectations. Their goal was to look closely at each candidate’s personal qualities, their unique interests, and their true determination to take on this responsibility.
Even though the interviews were conducted by fellow students, the atmosphere was incredibly professional. Both the interviewers and the candidates treated the sessions with great respect and focus. It was impressive to see our senior students handle the evaluation process with such maturity, acting just like professional recruiters in a real-world setting.
These interviews are the first step in ensuring that our Student Escort team remains dedicated and high-performing. By carefully selecting candidates who show a genuine passion for service, Secondary FIS are setting a brighter design for the future. We are looking forward to seeing the new team in action.
