At Secondary FIS, we recognize the powerful impact of reflection on students’ self-regulation and their readiness to enhance academic performance. For this reason, guiding students to reflect on their learning journey and their achievements in Term 1 is essential.
We introduced Learning Reflection Day (LRD) as an opportunity for students to assess their progress and review their Term 1 reports. This event serves as a crucial “pitstop,” allowing students to evaluate their performance, recharge, and strategize for the upcoming term. Through this reflective process, we aim to empower students to take ownership of their learning and foster continuous growth, ensuring that the Secondary FIS team reaches its full potential in the future. ***
