Secondary 1 – Physics: Electrostatic, Conductors, and Insulators
Secondary-1 students did a physics experiment to determine conductors and insulators in simple electrical circuits. They observed the objects (paper clips, nails, pencils, and rulers) to identify which objects do and cannot conduct electricity. They tried these objects individually by connecting them to a simple electrical circuit.
Based on experiments, paper clips, and nails could conduct electricity effectively, while pencils and rulers could not transmit electric currents. In this activity, students learned to think critically and communicate. It was fun, and they looked forward to their next Physics experiment. ***
