Secondary 1: Outplorasi to Sekutu Rumah Karya
What happens when students enter a real-world learning hub? They uncover how four distinct subjects connect to tell the story of a single space!
During an immersive field excursion to Sekutu Rumah Karya, students rotated through four interactive stations:
- Mathematics: Met with an architect to analyze structural shapes, spatial design, and geometric transformations in real building sketches.
- Chemistry: Joined a barista to examine states of matter and diffusion during the coffee-brewing process.
- Visual Art: Observed real objects to capture line, light, form, and shadow through detailed sketching.
- Bahasa Indonesia: Transformed their cross-subject observations into rich, vivid descriptive texts.
By stepping outside and looking closer, students realized that Math, Science, Language, and Art are all interconnected tools for understanding the world around them!
