Secondary 1 – Maths: Project Assessment
Secondary 1 students were tested on their understanding of polygons, circles, and areas of triangles in a fun way. Students created Maths Art projects based on the concepts they have learned. Through this test, students were able to elaborate on their prior knowledge and experience they already have with new concepts and experiences.
The test was very light, and fun, and of course, the test accommodates the concept attainment: by restating the concepts, using, utilizing, and choosing certain procedures, and then classifying concepts to solve the problems or create solutions. ***
