Our Secondary 1 mathematicians are stepping up as teachers and creators as they prepare for an exciting cross-level Maths collaboration with Primary 6!
To gear up for the event, S1 students held a consultation session with Primary 6 Maths teacher Miss Anita, investigating how younger learners understand Fractions, Multiples, and Factors. Armed with insights into common learning hurdles, the Secondary 1 team began designing custom, hands-on learning media to make complex math concepts engaging and easy to digest!
By transforming abstract formulas into creative teaching tools, Secondary 1 is building strong peer mentorship skills, deepening their own mathematical mastery, and preparing to lead an unforgettable peer-learning session!
