I am a sharp diagnostician who looks beyond what is written to see what can genuinely improve learning. I value clarity, practicality and honest thinking without making things more complicated than they need to be.
I value my school as more than just a workplace. Over the years, it has become my second home and a huge part of my life. It is a place where I have grown not only as an educator but also as a person. The experiences I have had here, the people I have worked with and the challenges I have faced have shaped the way I think, work and see education.
Professionally, my school has given me opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities and continuously improve myself. It has challenged me to think deeper about teaching and learning and to understand how my work can make a meaningful difference for students and teachers. I have also learned that professional growth does not happen alone. It comes from collaboration, feedback, shared experiences and being willing to keep learning.
Personally, this school has also become part of my everyday life. The relationships I have built, the moments we have shared and even the challenges we have gone through have created a strong sense of ownership. Thus, I see my school not simply as a place to work, but as a family that has played an important role in shaping who I am today.
