Primary 5 – Maths: Time Intervals
The time interval is the time between two given times. We can calculate the time interval by finding the difference between the start and end of the time. We can show differences by using a timeline or simply by subtracting. In this activity, Primary 5 students learned how to find time intervals in story word problems. Once they understood the story, they were asked to find the start and end times. Then they could calculate the time interval. They enthusiastically carried out the activity through a fun game.***
