Primary 4 – Reading Program: Identifying Features in Fiction Books

In the first phase of the Reading Program, P4 students reviewed the features found in fiction books. They have learned about it in P2 during English lessons. Those features are the title, setting, plot, and characters. First, they got samples of titles and statements found in fiction and non-fiction books. The students should identify and sort out the titles as well as features found in fiction books. Next, they checked their storybooks and identified the features based on the information that they had learned. The students were enthusiastic because they chose their favorite book for the Reading Program. ***
