Primary 4 – LeaPro LAUNCH: Mini-Bazaar
On Thursday, 12 June 2025, P4 students launched the business plan they created during LeaPro by having Mini Bazaar. They celebrated the learning process by inviting students from other levels, teachers and staffs to visit as well as buy from their food stalls. P4 Mini Bazaar was held at the second floor of FIS Primary building.
In this activity, P4 students were divided into 7 (seven) groups. They did surveys, processed data, interviewed real sellers, planned, designed advertisement and promoted it collaboratively in group.
During the process of creating the Mini Bazaar, P4 students applied their knowledge and celebrate their learning journey. They put the knowledge and skill about data handling from Maths into real world practice. They conducted surveys and visualise it into Tally chart. The students also applied the knowledge from IPC Young Entrepreneurs by doing market research through surveys and planning a business plan. They also applied their knowledge about advertisement from English to design an interesting as well as informative advertisement. It was used as a promotion media for their food stalls.
The process of preparing the Mini-Bazaar has helped students in sharpening their skills in communication, problem-solving, cooperation, persuasive writing and critical thinking. These are the basic skills which they need to succeed in both academics and everyday life. By mastering these skills, P4 students become more confident, prepared and resilient to respond any future opportunities. ***
