Primary 3 – Global Perspective: From Their Story to Ours
Today, P3 students have been learning about significant people like Michael Jackson, Nelson Mandela, R.A. Kartini, Gesang, and Albert Einstein. They explored how these people used their talents, courage, and ideas to make the world a better place.
With guidance from the teacher, students searched for information on the internet and learned to tell the difference between main (primary) and supporting (secondary) information. They made a timeline biography showing the important moments in each person’s life and the story behind their actions that changed the world.
Through this activity, students noticed how hard work, creativity, and kindness can make a big impact. They learned that every great success starts with a dream and effort whether in music, science, politic or helping others and that everyone can give positive impact for the world.
In the end, this activity is more than just a biography study it’s an inspiration for life. Students reflected on the values they can apply daily, such as perseverance, respect, courage and creativity. We hope this experience helps them realize that they, too, have the power to make meaningful changes in their communities and beyond. ***
