Primary 2 – English: Recount Text
In the English lesson, Primary 2 students learned how to compose a recount text. Firstly, they tried to figure out the characteristics of recount text by scanning the text’s content. By doing so, they could recognize the language features used in recount text such as the past verb.
Then, the students were given a chance to compose their own recount text using their own words based on their holiday experience. They added some drawings and colored them to make it more interesting. They were so excited to follow all the activities. ***
