Primary 1 – Reading Program: Book Characters Day
As the reading stimulation, Primary 1 conducted “BOOK CHARACTERS DAY”. In the previous meeting, students were directed to find the characters of their story book, then they chose a character of story to be presented. And on the D-day, the students wore their costume.
They presented the name of the characters, the reason why they chose that character and what they can learn from the characters. At the end of the session, teachers emphasised that we could learn bad or good lessons from a story. It is not only fun, reading stories also teach us about moral values.
