Nursery: Orientation Week
During the orientation week, Nursery students engaged in various activities designed to help them settle into their new learning environment. They began by introducing themselves and getting to know their classmates through a fun “Find Your Friend” game.
Students also learned important daily routines, such as placing their shoes on the shoe rack and storing their bags in their personal lockers. To help them become familiar with their surroundings, the children went on a school tour, visiting key areas such as the dining room, reading corner, toilet, and lobby. They also practiced how to behave appropriately in each of these spaces.
These activities not only helped the students adapt to the school environment, but also supported them in becoming more comfortable with the routines that will shape their daily school life. Developing adaptability at this early stage is a foundational step to become confident and independent learners—skills that will benefit them both in school and beyond. ***
