Nursery – Maths: Let’s Learn Numbers
Nursery students explored and learned to recognize numbers from 0 to 5 through active play. The setup began with a series of colorful number circles placed on the floor. As the students approached each circle, they were encouraged to jump onto it and say the number aloud. After identifying the numbers, the students moved on to the next part of the activity, where they crawled through a tunnel. At the end of the tunnel, they found some number cards on the trays and they had to place some objects as many as the number.
This activity was a fun and effective way to support both their cognitive and physical development. Students not only practiced recognizing and understanding numbers from 0 to 4, but also developed their gross motor skills through jumping and crawling.
